5. CCTV Surveillance

We use video surveillance equipment for security and access control purposes (legitimate interest), which is necessary for providing a safe environment for our employees and all stakeholders entering the Office.

Note: The CCTV system is not used for any other purpose, such as systematic behavioural monitoring.

Your PII may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. These international transfers of your personal information are made pursuant to the appropriate safeguards.

Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect PII from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected the PII of a child under 16, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.

We follow industry best practices including ISO 27001-aligned protocols to secure Personal Data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

We will retain your personal information for as long as is needed to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We take reasonable steps to delete or permanently de-identify your Personal Data that is no longer needed.

12. Do Not Track

Certain web browsers and other devices you may use to access the Sites may permit you to submit your preference that you do not wish to be "tracked" online. We do not currently commit to responding to "do not track" requests, in part, because no common industry standard for "do not track" has been adopted by industry groups, technology companies, or regulators. We will make efforts to monitor developments around Do Not Track browser technology and the implementation of a standard.

Advika Infotech does not sell or share Customer Personal Information under the Agreement.

14. Use of Sensitive Personal Information

Advika Infotech does not collect any Sensitive Personal Information from the Customers under the Agreement.

15. Retention, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Data

Advika Infotech will not retain, use, or disclose Customer Personal Information according to the Agreement outside of the direct business relationship with Customer or for any purpose, including a Commercial Purpose, other than as necessary for the specific purpose of providing the Products for Customer according to the Agreement.
